I enjoy working out at home or Family Wellness in my free time. I spend most of my time working and taking care of my kids. I enjoy listening to podcasts to keep me informed on current events and lifestyle. I love sports as well.
I would like to meet new people moving into the area and hopefully provide them with the resources they need to acclimate into the community.

I’m from Eagan, MN (suburban Twin Cities) originally. I came up here for undergrad at Concordia College, and have stayed here ever since (graduated in 2015).
I think Fargo is the best place in the world to work and live, and I’d love a chance to help others realize that too by introducing them to the parts of this city that I find truly special.
I have served on several boards of directors in the community — including Big Brothers Big Sisters, American Advertising Federation of North Dakota, The Arts Partnership, and more. I’ve also been very active with my alma mater (Concordia College) and helping with student-alumni needs. As often as I can, I engage in professional networking opportunities — primarily those that are relevant to marketing or business development. I volunteer as often as I can for different groups in the community, and co-founded our Community Committee at AdShark where we select non-profits to support and volunteer opportunities for our team to partake in. Outside of work and community time, I like to spend time with friends exploring local eateries, breweries, and more. I also am active in basketball and volleyball leagues through the city, I write and record music, and am a die-hard Minnesota sports fan. I’ve been dying very hard lately with them being so bad.

Grew up in Fargo, left for 17 years and moved back after having a child. It can be hard to meet people in a new city. I’d love to help make introductions.
Very involved with community-building events, startup activity, making business connections. Also attend festivals and concerts periodically. I use the trails and parks almost daily.
On a free day I would be trail running in Gooseberry or M.B. Johnson, browsing at the library, getting a beer at Junkyard.

Though I spent 4 years here while at NDSU, I’m from rural south-central ND. I spent 35 years in Rochester, MN but visited Fargo frequently. My job was flexible and my family lives here.

- Fargo, ND
Originally from Kurdistan, Germani, Iraq, Turkey and more, I actively contribute to my community through volunteering and mentoring, stay engaged in city life by participating in many different community events, and maintain professional involvement through board of Directors work and involvement in lending a hand in the community. It’s my way of staying connected, giving back, and fostering growth on multiple fronts.
My dream for a free day would combine exploration and relaxation. My ideal day would begin with a relaxing breakfast at an old-fashioned café, which would be followed by a rejuvenating activity like hiking or going to a local park I would curl up with a good book or finish an old favorite series in the afternoon. I might explore a nearby museum or art gallery to add a little bit of cultural enrichment Finally, I would be able to enjoy both the joy of discovery and a delicious dinner at a new restaurant to cap off the day.
