Doug & Julie
Arvin

Doug is originally from south Indiana. Julie grew up in Wahpeton, ND. She has lived and worked in the Fargo area for almost 40 years. She would like to say, in 2023 she is the reason Doug moved to the Fargo area ????. Individually they are both in the healthcare industry, and as a couple volunteer at their local church and hospital. They love sports, music, meeting people and traveling.

Doug is on the Community Interest Board at MSUM and an adjunct professor at Concordia College. Julie has been a preceptor with NDSU College of Pharmacy.

Nothing is better than a warm, hearty, steaming hotdish made by Julie and consumed by Doug!

Their free day would start with a nice brunch at one of our fabulous restaurants, spend the day outdoors…appropriately dressed for whatever the weather and end it with a glass of wine, sipping a local brew or topping off the day with ice cream.

Why Our Region is Unique

Fargo has a strong community. Fargo can have extreme weather but always warm people. North Dakotans are friendly, resilient and proud of their roots. They will open their homes and hearts. You may see farm country as you enter the city but it has become a booming area for healthcare, education and technology.
