I love this community and I’m excited to share it with others to embrace who are new to the community. I have a passion for meeting people who are new to the community whether they are just visiting or moving, and I want to share with them everything we have to offer here – and it’s a lot! I’m a Fargo native and I love showing off our community to potential new residents and getting them excited about all that our community has to offer. I’m from North Fargo and went to Fargo Public Schools, live in South Fargo and active in the West Fargo Public Schools, and graduate of Concordia College. I love culture (I work with the local high school exchange program and we’ve hosted 7 students from different countries).

I’ve served on various committees and leadership roles, within West Fargo Public Schools, as well as the Realtor Association and Home Builders Association. I’ve supported and raised money for one of the Habitat builds, the local food pantry, Salvation Army, and continue to volunteer for various non profit community organizations. I was the United Way campaign coordinator for many years at Park Company, a United Way cabinet member, and recently became a member relations ambassador for the Chamber.

I love music from all generations, but I mostly listen to top 40 and the 80’s, chips and salsa/guac, hamburger or steak, or anything I can cook up on my Blackstone grill.

On a free day I would be running errands, shopping, cleaning my house and organizing, and then outside to enjoy beautiful weather. That’s my reward for being productive!

Why Our Region is Unique

Besides experiencing all 4 seasons, it’s the friendly people and neighbors who want to know their neighbors, the community embraces the entrepreneurs, there’s a lot of support for community events, performing and fine arts, great schools, a lively student population with the university’s, and an economy that was stable through the housing crisis and continues to trend upward.
